Love is the highest form of energy and vibrates at the highest frequency. Love energy generates feelings of joy and happiness where as lack of love produces feelings of negativity and fear.

Many of the ideas we have previously accepted without question about ourselves, about our world and about the Universe are being turned on their head. We actually have the ability to make a massive difference in our lives and to our world - to turn crisis into challenge and chaos into clarity.

 

 We must, however, open our minds to new ideas and whole a new way of thinking

I now know that we are all connected and that we are part of the changes that are happening in our world today.

 

I now know that we create our own reality and that we have the power within us to positively transform our lives and also effect the lives of others. 

 

I also know about the amazing power of our thoughts and the absolute importance of always choosing positive empowering ones.

 

At this crisis point in our world today, it is more important than ever to think positive thoughts and choose high vibration emotions such as compassion and love.
